Join CSV (Cornell Silicon Valley) at Traction's agency HQ as CEO Adam Kleinberg '92 examines how differentiation in the marketplace has been lost and how data-driven, left-brain thinking has lead to a lack of real growth. Adam calls for a return to building end-to-end brand experiences using a company's whole brain to ultimately get a "return on awesome."
