We are looking for a Lead Front-End Developer to join our team.  This position will be the primary architect on the front-end structure, lead meetings, instruct other team members, ensure the code is of the highest quality, and be the primary technical point of contact for the client's back-end development team. Candidates should have prior experience leading advanced front-end projects.

SXSW Interactive is descending upon us again. And while our illustrious CEO, Adam Kleinberg, will not be speaking on any panels this year, he will be there representing Traction and updating us on all the crazy on-goings that are bound to be interesting, informative and insane.

'Tis the season for self-indulgent agency holiday cards, websites and videos. While we usually throw our own version of merriment into the fray, this year we decided to pass all that joy onto all of you.

We do a lot of silly things at Traction and we are proud of almost every single one of them. Our semiannual BBQ competition is just an example of the ridiculous activities that we take just a little too much pride in.

We are a diverse group of individuals at Traction with a variety of passions beyond advertising. It can be hard to find time outside of work and life to focus on personal endeavors, so we get very excited when one of our comrades' projects come to fruition.
