Managing a millenial salesforce

A few weeks back I spoke on a panel at SF State on "How to attract, train and retain millenials as sales professionals" along with Sarah Ciccarello, vice president customer marketing, Clif Bar & Company, Dave Santos, senior director of sales, Genentech, and Andy Scollan, director of sales development for North and Latin America, Salesforce.com.
SF State posted a great recap of the discussion here including an overview of the "8 characteristics of millenials I presented."
But after the panel, I feel there's a ninth to add to the list.

Does every brand need an API for developers?

Last week I spoke at an event called "The evolution of distribution" along with the API chiefs from Best Buy, NetFlix and PayPal. The event was put together by a company called Mashery that helps brands build and manage APIs.

Third year in a row on BtoB Magazine’s top agencies list
Traction, an advertising agency and innovation consultancy has been named bridesmaid once again. The San Francisco shop was named runner-up for Interactive Agency of the Year by BtoB Magazine. It is the third year in a row that the shop has been named either winner or runner-up in that publication’s list of the top agencies in the United States.
