As Theo tells it, as a child he was abducted by a band of circus freaks that conducted mind-control experiments on him for their perverse amusement. Eventually he befriended his captors and inevitably become their leader whom they bestowed upon their arcane knowledge and secrets.
Regardless of this tale's verity, he has managed to collect a pile of awards from the work he has produced at Think New Ideas, Tribal DDB, Grey Advertising and Butler, Shine and Stern (and, of course, Traction). Big brands who have benefited from his work include Apple, Bank of America, Bonny Doon Vineyards, Macromedia, Sun and Clorox.
