Traction has been selected by Message Systems, a pioneer in developing solutions for digital messaging. The agency will overhaul the brand, website and all marketing communications for Message Systems. "The strength that really popped out to me in our initial meetings," said Message Systems CMO Dave Lewis, "was the ability of the company to translate the strategy into really top-notch creative and to boil it down to a really compelling statement about the brand. And that was not an easy thing to do." According to Traction general manager, Russell Quinan, "We are so excited to be working with Message Systems because absolutely believe they have technology that could revolutionize how brands reach out to their customers across every single digital point of contact in a way that says ''it's all about me! We see the promise because this is what we do—and we want to be part of helping them get there." Traction was the only agency considered for this assignment.
