Who is Bob?
Accountemps, a Robert Half company, came to us with a mission: Save Bob. Their nearly two-decade-old radio campaign featuring Bob, an every-man representation of an Accountemp temp, needed to be rebooted for a new generation.
Why Bob?
Our strategy was to establish Bob—and thousands of Accountemp temps just like him—as the perfect fit for their core audience's needs. Traction developed a multichannel campaign featuring coworkers singing the praises of Bob’s nearly legendary personality and performance.
Bob rocks.
With comments like "It's like a 1:30 episode of the office!," "One of the best ads ever, "legit brilliant!," "I gave Bob a permanent position with full benefits," and "I'm going with Bob from Accountemps," we think Bob is back on top. But we're not the only ones, BtoB Magazine's Best Awards are pretty smitten with Bob as well and awarded him (and Traction) Best online campaign for 2012.
