Great design begins with great taste. Whether she is developing a brand campaign for a global enterprise or refurbishing houses, Diane brings an innate sense of it to all of her work.
Diane began her career in advertising and spent most of it working in San Francisco’s most well known agencies. She also checked off a big life goal by working in advertising in some of her favorite agencies in her favorite city, NYC. She’s worked in every arena from high-tech to healthcare, beauty to banking.
After creating many award-winning campaigns, she moved from agency-side to client-side where she headed up the design team at Apple responsible for design and messaging for worldwide email campaigns from the launch of the iPad (to every other hardware and software upgrade for the next couple years).
Her love of connecting audiences and telling stories, drove her to start a video production company where she worked with high-tech startups. This led her to many years consulting in-house with some of the largest companies in Silicon Valley like Meta, Google, Nest, DocuSign and eBay. She was lucky enough to travel the world, crafting stories and producing beautiful videos.
She brings a sense of curiosity, human connection, and yes, exceptional taste, to Traction. In everything she does, her goal is to create smart, beautiful work that gets noticed (and sells!)
When she’s not creating brands or campaigns, she renovates and flips homes with her ex-yacht builder husband. She loves working with old homes to revive their soul and make them livable for the modern family. An obsessive animal lover, she hopes to have a ranch one day that supports a donkey rescue.
