A spark was lit between Brian and Traction when he was our client at Intuit over a decade ago. At the time, a candid collaboration led to Mint.com’s most successful acquisition campaign in history.
When Traction pivoted into a marketing accelerator model, he saw the opportunity to elevate our growth marketing capabilities to a best-in-class level. Brian joined the Traction leadership team as a Senior Partner in February 2021, leading performance marketing and contributing to overall strategy for Traction clients.
Brian’s approach starts with consumer insights hat translate into strategies and tactics that work across the funnel—from awareness and engagement to response and conversion—regardless of budget.
He previously held the positions of Vice President Marketing for Nordstrom, Senior Vice President & Global Head of Digital Marketing for Citi, Vice President of Marketing for Experian and managed digital marketing for Intuit and Sony Electronics. Additionally, Brian co-founded e-commerce fashion brand, Hypeach, in 2020 with his wife, Marlo, to disrupt the fast fashion model.
He holds a marketing degree from the Leeds Business School at University of Colorado, as well as, an MBA from the Olin Business School at University of San Diego.
