JJ Elliott has been wordsmithing in one way or another for over 25 years. At agencies in LA and San Francisco, she's lent her talents to such swoon-worthy brands as Lexus, Apple, Visa, Virgin America, and Google. As a freelance contractor, she has directed campaigns and written copy for everything from VR to sex toys. She particularly likes nailing a brand's unique voice and making it sing. (She, however, cannot sing.)
Over the past 10 years, when she wasn't copywriting or eating cheese, she's been at work on her debut novel, There Are No Rules For This, being published in May.
