Lauren uses the word “human” a lot in conversation. Humanity is at the center of her worldview and drives how she manages client relationships, leads teams, scales operations and drives effective marketing programs.
Her experience doesn’t hurt either. Prior to Traction she led North America marketing teams that helped scale lululemon over a nine-year period from a $500 million brand to a $6 billion one—largely without any paid media. Our team and our clients benefit from both her operational expertise scaling high-performing teams, and her experience leading out-of-the-box marketing programs.
Earlier in her career, she led an international team of 35 entertainers in 6+ venues, on 3 separate 5000+ passenger cruise ships globally for Royal Caribbean, and was responsible for the strategic planning of programs and a high-end guest experience. On top of all that, she was part of the entertainment herself, singing and playing sax.
