Traction Is a Finalist for the 2026 ANA B2 Awards Midsize Agency of the Year

By Adam Kleinberg
I don't take things like this for granted.
We just learned that Traction has been named a finalist for Midsize Agency of the Year at the 2026 ANA B2 Awards—the industry's most recognized honor for B2B marketing excellence, now in its 50th year (ironically, it’s our 25th year)
That's a big deal to me. Not for the trophy, but for what it says about the work.
We compete against agencies with more people, bigger budgets, and fancier offices. What we have is a different model—a liquid workforce, a deep bench of specialized talent, and a methodology that keeps strategy connected to real human behavior, not just market assumptions. It's how a midsize shop punches above its weight.
This nomination reflects the campaigns we've built alongside clients who trusted us to do something worth entering. That trust is never something I take lightly.
It’s also exciting to receive this recognition just after winning Campaign’s Agency of the Year award in the Best Talent Management Team category in 2024 and 2025. Being recognized for different aspects of how we’re handling our business feels like we’re doing some things right over here!
We're up against Park & Battery and Stein—two agencies doing genuinely impressive work. I respect the competition. That's what makes it meaningful.
The Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners will be revealed at the B2 Awards Gala on June 4, 2026, at the ANA Masters of B2B Marketing Conference in Chicago. We'll be there.
In the meantime—thank you to our team, our partners, and every client who believed the work was worth doing right.

Every marketing leader we talk to right now is somewhere on the same journey — past the hype, over the demos, and into the harder questions. How can AI Agents actually deliver business outcomes? And for many marketers — where do we even begin?

I've been thinking a lot about who gets left behind in the AI economy. The answer troubled me enough to do something about it. So, we're joining Mighty Humans.
